Real Madrid reaches Pre Contract agreement with Diaz

Sportsmole reveal Real Madrid have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Manchester City midfielder Brahim Diaz at the end of his contract.

Diaz has been at the Etihad Stadium since 2013 but despite being promoted from the youth setup at the club, the 19-year-old has struggled for first-team opportunities under Pep Guardiola.

City see the playmaker as one for the future, but the youngster is said to be frustrated with his lack of game time and it appears that the Spaniard is ready to return to his homeland.

According to El Chiringuito, Real Madrid have managed to tempt Diaz into a switch to the Bernabeu with the player being able to sign a pre-contract agreement as early as January.

It now looks certainly the Cityzens will miss out on yet another hot prospect after the sold Jodan Sancho to Borussia Dortmund, who is now the brightest teenage talent in the World.

Diaz scored twice in City’s Carabao Cup win against Fulham at the start of this month, but has not been involved in a single Premier League matchday squad this season.
