Bernardo Silva suffers a suspected injury blow
Manchester City’s winger Bernardo Silva is suspected to have suffered an injury setback while on international duty with Portugal.
Bernardo Silva played the full 90 minutes as Portugal were held to a 0-0 draw with Italy on Saturday the 17th of November but will not be available for Portugal’s next and final UEFA Nations League against Poland on Tuesday evening following medical and diagnostic tests.
Bernardo Silva is having a terrific season with Manchester City, which has already seen him score three goals and three assist provided by the Portuguese stellar performer in 12 Premier League appearances.
Silva is now a doubt for Manchester City’s upcoming game with West Ham on the 24th of November, which will certainly be a big blow for Pep Guardiola's side, still without Belgian playmaker Kevin De Bruyne, who is still recovering from another ankle injury knock he sustained in the Cityzens' two nil League Cup Round 4 victory over Fulham.
The full extent of Silva’s injury has not been specified but it's still highly unlikely Manchester City will face the Hammers without both Bernardo Silva and KDB.
