Agent reveals Kevin De Bruyne will not return to Manchester City
Player Agent of Belgian superstar Kevin De bruyne, revealed his client won't return ahead of Manchester City's Community Shield clash against Chelsea on August 5.
“At Manchester City the players want to return earlier because they want to be ready when the season starts,” Patrick De Koster told the newspaper. “Kev had permission to stay on holiday until Monday.
Kevin De Bruyne will accompany his Manchester City teammates to Wembley this weekend for the Community Shield against Chelsea – but will not play against his former club.
The 27-year-old is returning a little later than many other City stars following his post-World Cup break, and will return to training on Monday.

De Bruyne made more club appearances last season than any prior campaign, featuring 52 times in all competitions, before playing the full 90 minutes six times at the World Cup for earn his National side [Belgium] a Cup bronze medal.
The Belgian was instrumental in City’s double-winning success last season, will be missed in the weekends headliner, nevertheless, will come back refreshed for Manchester City's Premier Leagues Curtain raiser against Arsenal at the Emirates stadium on August 12.
