Manchester city to offer new contracts to club duo

Manchester city plan to tie down Leroy Sane and Gabriel Jesus with long term contracts. City fear external bodies may try to persuade them out of the club during the World cup which begins on the 13th of June.
Sane, who has three years left in his city contract has been noted as deserving of a new deal after last season performance earned him the PFA Young Player of the Year award.
City suggests the same about Jesus as the duo's £65,000 a week seems not to be substantial enough as a result of their output in the squad.

Manchester city initially offered Jesus a new deal worth a pay check of £90,000 a week but was immediately rejected by the 19 years old while City are still talking with the agents of Leroy Sane who also feel he deserves more.
The duo were able to jointly provide 32 goals and 20 assist in the just concluded 2017/2018 season. Manchester city are likely to send another proposal worth £120,000 a week to both parties with the hopes the would finally agree terms and sign a contract extension, before the commencement of the World Cup.
